The Team:

EcoOnline is a leading provider of Health & Safety SaaS software. We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Product Marketing Manager to join the company during a time of major growth. 

The marketing team consists of some 20+ persons located across six countries organized partly in a cross functional matrix team providing content, channel management, leads generation as well as with local presence working closely with the sales teams in each country.

The Role:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help create and tell the story of our core products that span Health & Safety, Chemical Management, and Learning Management, and position them in a global market.

The right person will have an influential role working between the Marketing team, the Product team, and Customer Success, that is also part of a larger global organisation.  While based in the UK, this role will also interact with teams in Northern Europe and be focused on marketing our products globally.

To be successful in this role you will have hands on and strategic experience in researching and identifying target markets across a range of industry verticals, and through a deep understanding of this help shape stories that resonate as well as acting as a bridge between product and marketing at a global level.

You will need strong communication skills especially the written word.

  • Quickly gain an understanding of our core offerings, both technical and practical, and the regions and industries we serve.
  • Create and tell the story of our products and position them effectively in global markets. 
  • Define the buyer personas for our products, in multiple industry verticals to enable marketing to attract them, and sales to effectively sell to them.
  • Create and execute a product-centric marketing plan. As a product marketer you need to consider the steps people will take to purchase our product then build and execute strategies and campaigns to achieve these goals.
  • Conduct Market intelligence research and competitor analysis to gain a deep understanding of industry verticals for ESH, Chemical, and learning management.
  • Understand the pain points and needs of our existing clients, and how they use our products.
  • Formulate Ideas for content pieces and marketing campaigns including Web, Social media, video, email etc.
  • Write and collaborate on a range of content from longform copy, website copy, product descriptions, product sheets and guides, case studies and internal communications.
  • Work with freelancers and content marketing specialists from across the business on content creation and distribution
  • Help update and maintain the content and marketing calendars
  • Help prepare PowerPoint weekly and monthly presentations for internal meetings to colleagues and upper management


  • Minimum of 2 years product marketing experience
  • Multi-territory / global product marketing campaign management
  • Product management experience, influencing product development through a deep understanding of target markets.
  • Experience in researching multiple Industry sectors and understanding niche needs.
  • Great verbal communicator and collaborator with excellent written and strong content creation skills
  • B2B SaaS experience especially in executing successful product marketing campaigns
  • Experience planning marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Passion for product marketing, all things digital, and latest trends.
  • Experience using CMS and CRM systems and other digital tools (preferred HubSpot, MS Dynamics, CSS, and HTML, Adobe Creative Cloud etc.).
  • Experience in measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • User experience knowledge and optimisation of customer experience funnels and landing pages
  • Practical skills in marketing automation and email marketing campaigns

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of marketing and web analytics tools such as Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Photography, Video and Video editing
  • Social media Images and Graphic creation (Adobe CC)
  • Physical and Virtual event planning
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, and good grasp of related technology
