To continue to grow, we are now looking for a new colleague. As a Country Marketing Manager in Sweden at EcoOnline, you will be an important part of the company's further growth, and you will gain valuable experience and a professional network.

The Team:

You will join a team consisting of four Country Marketing Managers and a Marketing Analyst reporting to Head of Marketing Nordics and Analytics. We also work closely with the channel expert team. As we are an International group most of our communication takes place in English and we have customers all over the world.

Responsibilities: 

This is a key role, which is crucial for the Swedish organization. This role will handle various stakeholders, in a matrix organization, and we expect you to have good communication skills, manage to match expectations, and build good network relationships.

 Your primary tasks will be:

·   Planning and implementation of campaigns and events, targeted at both new and existing customers

·   Launching new products, offers and services

·   Analyse and optimize digital sales and marketing activities

·   Further development of digital social media, communities, website/landing pages, email and SEM together with our experts

·   Develop, translate and promote content to strengthen our brand and digital presence in order to drive sales

·   Follow SEO guidelines both when writing and translating content

Your Profile:

You are passionate about B2B marketing and have experience with digital campaigns, events and content development. You have creative skills and are proficient in both text and visual expression.

 Expected Experience:

·   Approximately 3-5 years of experience from similar positions

·   Experience in lead generation and digital marketing

·   Have experience from leading large client projects

·   Have experience in pre-sales pitching

·   Good co-operation skills

·   Professional Swedish and English, both oral and written

·   Experience in making decisions based on data and analysis

·   Experience with Google Analytics

·   A well-developed ability to interpret and analyse the needs of sales and marketing departments, and translate these into sales-driven activities

·   Great skills in Hubspot and Power Point

·   Experience from Photoshop/Indesign/Canva

·   Customer focused and like to work both strategically and operationally

Nice to have:

·        An academic education or equivalent in marketing and communication
