As a Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist at EcoOnline, you will be an important part of the company's further growth, and you will gain valuable experience and a professional network. This role will be based out of our either our Dublin or Limerick offices in Ireland or our Liverpool office in the UK.

The Team:


The Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist is working closely with and reporting directly to the Global Sales Operations Manager. Sales Operations is proudly holding the responsibility to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of EcoOnlines New Customer Sales in conjunction with the Global Sales Management Team.

As a member of the New Customer Sales team, you will

  • Be supporting the sales teams by creating, evaluating and optimizing data sets, sales applications and processes. 
  • Be participating in collecting and evaluating sales information and using that information to maximize sales productivity. 
  • Be interacting with Products and Marketing department to a high extent. 
  • CRM data quality will be of high focus especially in the start of your assignment and you will be instrumental to maintain the quality on a high level and wash the data when needed. It would be preferred if you already do have experience in this area, however it is not required. We can provide the necessary training, but you need to have a technical understanding and interest to learn the data integration process. 


In conjunction with the Global Sales Operations Manager, you will either take lead or support in:

  • Developing, improving, automating and implementing sales processes
  • Developing and implementing sales performance improvement initiatives
  • Providing internal support to salesforce to ensure them having all tools and materials available to succeed
  • Acting as the subject matter expert on sales process and enhancements
  • Pro-actively maintain and analyze the sales pipeline in our CRM system (i.e. sales activity, forecasting etc.)
  • Escalating and solving potential bottlenecks
  • Data quality initiatives in MS Dynamics CRM
  • Super user support for end users in MS Dynamics CRM
  • Developing and improving MS Dynamics CRM processes
  • Improve the quality of the current data through removal of irrelevant data and appending new data to existing contacts
  • Identifying and managing new data channels that ensure our sales teams have the highest quality and fastest intelligence in the industry
  • Coordinating required training with the EcoOnline Sales Academy
  • Coordinating with Marketing regarding sales material or campaigns monthly forecasting and improve forecasting routines

Your Skills:

  • Educated to degree level (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of sales operations experience or demonstrable transferable skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience in working with CRM data preferred
  • Technical interest regarding data integration
  • Excellent administrative skills and detailed focus
  • Analytical thinking and structured
  • Deadline oriented
  • Project Management experience
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced IT skills (MS Office / basic tools), especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and understanding of CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics CRM
  • Excellent English skills both oral and written
  • Ability to travel when required
