  • As the first point of contact, you will be expected to spark initial interest, qualify and arrange appointments with potential new clients.
  • You will be contacting people primarily responsible for occupational and chemical safety in companies, through various outbound lead sources as well as managing inbound requests.
  • You will be expected to meet a monthly target on booked meetings.
  • You will demonstrate a high level of activity and hit achievable call volume KPI.
  • Expected to remain organised and on top of a high volume of leads, to ensure opportunity isn’t missed.
  • Working closely with both the marketing team and business development executives.
  • Be welcoming of coaching and able to implement feedback that will ultimately see you develop and further achieve.
  • You will help customers comply with international and national safety legislation and achieve their own goals related to occupational and environmental safety.
  • Experience in selling and / or marketing SaaS services, in marketing automation and sales tools and in B2B sales and working with customers are all desirable.


  • Educated to degree level (preferred).
  • A positive attitude and highly driven personality in order to achieve monthly KPIs.
  • Professional and confidant when dealing with potential clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • An independent and goal-oriented hunter who wants to continually develop and invest in his/her career.
