To continue to grow, we are now looking for a new colleague. As an IT Support Technician at EcoOnline, you will be an important part of the company's further growth, and you will gain valuable experience and a professional network.
The Internal IT team has responsibility for internal IT Operations and Support for all employees in the EcoOnline group. Currently, there are six team members in Norway, one in UK, one in Ireland and one in Finland. The department manager / direct report is located in Norway.

You’ll be responsible for local IT when it comes to users that needs help on location. Most of the support requests are coming from our employees are globally. You would also collaborate with the rest of the team on other cases and projects in the group.
1st/2nd line internal support for employees within EcoOnline, you will primarily be working within the helpdesk and serving our employees via phone and chat. A huge plus would be experience in supporting business applications like Dynamics 365, Dynamics NAV / Business Central and HubSpot. In addition, any experience with setting up system integrations could be a benefit.

- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Solid technical experience: Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Office software
- Full working rights in Denmark/Sweden/ Ireland
You should also have experience with:
PowerShell, Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, Hardware support (i.e. upgrade RAM), Network (i.e. switches, firewalls, wireless access points), Microsoft Teams administration, Exchange Online.
Nice to have/know:
HubSpot, Jamf, Mac, Zendesk, ITIL, Relevant certifications (e.g ISC²: SSCP; Comptia: Security+, A+, Network+)
