You will be working within the EcoOnline SDS Center of Excellence CHYMEIA that markets the EcoOnline SDS authoring software ALMEGO® This is a specialized unit within the group dedicated to SDS authoring software. ALMEGO®  is a very strong next generation SDS authoring software used to create safety data sheets for hazard-labeled chemical products sold professionally (BtB).

We are looking for a talented business development representative who can introduce and help sell ALMEGO® in UK and Ireland. Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for making our highly competitive ALMEGO software a key player on the UK/Irish market.

You will become part of the ALMEGO® team that will support your efforts and activities and you will receive thorough training in both sales and product. The ALMEGO® SDS center of excellence is placed in Denmark, but you will be working from the Liverpool office in Rainhill, where you will be working in an experienced, supportive, and dedicated team with the same tasks as you but for different solutions. Expect some travel to Denmark for the initial training (during the first 2 months).

Responsibilities:

  • Your job is to assist in acquiring new clients. Your key task and responsibilities will be mapping/prospecting new potential customers and booking qualified meetings with potential customers by phone and email.
  • You will work in the same premises and together with our Business Development Executives who carry out the customer meetings/demonstrations you book. You will be part of a driven and committed team where we work together towards clear and distinct goals to increase sales.
  • You will be contacting people primarily responsible for SDS authoring in big and small companies. As the first point of contact, you will be expected to spark initial interest and qualify potential new clients - and you will be expected to meet monthly target on booked meetings

Skills:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in B2B sales and working with customers.
  • Educated to degree level is preferred.
  • You who have a high driving force and are used to working towards set goals and budgets.
  • As a person you can contribute to a good team spirit with positive and good energy. 
  • You have a high level of activity and hit achievable call volume KPI 
  • You have a results oriented can-do attitude, and you want to continually develop and invest in your career.
  • You can remain organized and on top of the leads, to ensure no opportunity are missed.
  • You are professional and confident when dealing with potential clients (big and small)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in selling, marketing automation and sales tools is also very relevant.
