To continue to grow, we are now looking for a new colleague. As an Account Manager at EcoOnline, you will be an important part of the company's further growth, and you will gain valuable experience and a professional network.

The Team:

We are searching for a new Account Manager to our dynamic team in Aarhus. You will be an important part of a sales team of 4 Account Manager and a part of the whole Customer Success Sales Nordics and a part of the whole Customer Success unit of EcoOnline.

We offer a suite of different EHS software tools for a safer working environment, with more than 700 customers within most industries and business areas. 

Your focus will be on our existing customer base, with responsibility to build the relationship with our customers, expand our business and do up-sale and cross selling in the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new customers through online demos
  • Working actively with your customer portfolio sending e-mail marketing, handling customer surveys and having service check-ups with the customers
  • Doing upselling on eg. New modules and training sessions
  • Doing cross-selling on new products to existing customers
  • Maintaining data on the customers in our CRM systems
  • Building relations to the customers keeping a high customer retention
  • We are using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Gainsight as important everyday tools
  • We have English as company language.

Skills:

  • You have a strong passion for customer service and sales.
  • 2+ years’ experience in this profession
  • You put the customers interest first and have an eye for improving the customer experience.
  • You can handle a high level of complexity in up- and cross selling to meet the needs of the customers.
  • You add positivity and good spirit to the team.
  • You are an experienced user of the Microsoft suite and have a flair for learning about new software tools.
  • You are willing to develop and grow on a personal level to match our growing company
  • Fluent Danish language skills
