About the Role
If you're a recent science graduate seeking a fulfilling career that utilizes your knowledge while providing ample opportunities for growth, the CMS Graduate Scheme is the perfect fit for you. This exciting program will allow you to learn about COSHH and chemical management in a variety of industries, including Oil & Gas, Construction, Aerospace and others.
As you progress through the various stages of the program, you will develop competencies in COSHH assessment quality, customer training (both online and face-to-face), and providing expert helpdesk support to our valued clients. With each step of your development, you'll gain invaluable skills and experience, paving the way for advancement opportunities within both your role and the wider EcoOnline group. Also, this position offers a competitive graduate salary.
This position is hybrid, based in our Stratford upon Avon office.
Responsibilities
- Writing COSHH assessments, as requested by our customers, using our online database
- Providing helpdesk support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Delivering customer care support to our customers
- Providing COSHH Management System (CMS) training to our customers, both online and on-site as required
- Carry out COSHH projects, visiting customers at their premises to ensure an efficient and quick delivery
- Understand the importance of long-term customer relationships - looking for opportunities to enhance and expand the services offered
- Develop and maintain the professional etiquette levels required for both office and customer facing work
- Develop knowledge and skills in-line with personal expectations and business needs
Qualifications
- BSc degree (2.1 min) in a science-based subject, or a closely related field.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work on your own as well as collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines with ease.
- Have a proven track record of quickly absorbing new information from training and using it to deliver exceptional service
- Full UK driving license will be required
