About the Role
This role is responsible for driving sales for all product lines by building positive relationships with prospects and customers through digital communication and developing outreach strategies that will help build strong relationships and generate meetings & pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Along with NAM BD Director & SVP Demand, design & execute our BD GTM global strategy.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives & team leads across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics.
- Define the sales functions within the team that drive desired sales outcomes while implementing process improvements.
- Create and implement effective promotion and incentive programs, aligned globally (but with right-sized targets for the market).
- Set attainable pipeline creation targets and accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly results, while reporting on related KPIs on an ongoing basis.
- Engage with product and marketing teams to provide customer insights and feedback, market trends, and new product development opportunities.
- Spearhead cross-functional team meetings and provide performance updates to the marketing, sales and CS audience.
- Utilize multiple online resource platforms leveraging savvy technology and social media skills.
- Collaborates with cross-functional leads to identify and contact prospective customers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of previous working experience in BDR/SDR Leadership with experience, with multi-country responsibility.
- Experience leading both direct and indirect BDR/SDR teams (leading leaders)
- Hands on experience with CRM software
- In-depth understanding of the sales process
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or similar relevant field
Additional Skills:
Previous SaaS experience preferred/desirable.
