About the Role
The Director, Sales Growth and Transformation is a critical leadership role within Revenue Operations. You will work as the strategic partner to SVP Revenue Operations and CRO to drive global sales growth, in a leadership role within the business. It requires a mix of strategy and execution skills to identify and leverage the entire GTM resources of the organisation to drive revenue growth.
You will identify key Sales Programmes that will set the agenda for revenue growth, then own the execution of these with a scaled team of Managers and Sellers as we grow our business and the impact of protecting people and the planet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Product/Market Sales Plays: Lead the prioritisation and development of sales plays, working with Product Marketing to develop these and with Sales and Demand Generation teams to define & measure the execution process. Identifying and qualifying areas to focus development or execution and process improvements across Acquisition and Expansion plays and our product portfolio for the largest impact.
- Pipeline Development Planning & Demand Gen Councils: Build the processes and assets that support the planning of pipeline development with field sales. Own and facilitate Demand Generation Councils with Sales, Marketing and BD leaders
- Performance Analysis: Use your analytical skills to ensure that all programmes have KPIs and ways to monitor success at a group level and shared with managers and individuals to ensure alignment.
- Support field planning and execution: Refine and Including Demand Councils; Route2Quota planning process; Deal Reviews).
- This is a transformative role driving global, scalable, sales initiatives & processes into the sales organisation. You will have the credibility and experience in developing and driving growth oriented programmes that focus on high results.
What we're looking for:
- 8-10+ years of SaaS Revenue organisation experience, including time at £100m-£250m, ideally with experience operating at pace in a Private Equity backed environment.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices that drive consistency of good practice at scale.
- Experience in developing and managing sales growth strategies and programmes at a global scale.
- Experience in running sales programmes that leverage Data Providers (Cognism, ZoomInfo); Buyer Intent (e.g. 6Sense, DemandBase); Sales Engagement (Gong Engage; SalesLoft); and CRM (Salesforce) tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Experience in the software industry, preferably with safety or regulatory solutions, is a plus.
