About the Role
The UK & Ireland (UKI) Field Marketing Team is a key component of the Global Demand team, responsible to generate MQL’s and sufficient pipeline to allow the UKI Sales Team to achieve our closed-won targets in 2025 and beyond.
As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving marketing campaigns to generate business growth in the UK and Ireland. You’ll work closely with global marketing teams and regional sales teams to ensure a strong pipeline for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional channels to generate pipeline for new logo and expansion sales.
Work with sales, product marketing, and content & design teams to align messaging and goals.
Manage budgets and optimise campaign performance based on data insights.
ABM:
Develop and execute ABM strategies to engage key accounts and drive expansion.
Personalize marketing efforts to align with business and revenue goals.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure ABM campaigns effectively support pipeline growth.
Event Management:
Organize trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Plan owned in-person events with sales and customer teams.
Oversee event logistics, staffing, and marketing efforts to maximize attendance and impact.
Evaluate event success and gather feedback for future improvements.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work in close collaboration with the rest of the UKI Marketing team to ensure equitable division of labour and to ensure campaigns are complementary and do not over-tax the prospect base.
Work with internal teams (Brand, PR, Content, Digital, Product Marketing, and more) to align marketing efforts.
Coordinate with other Field Marketing Managers to share best practices.
Ensure marketing efforts align with product launches and revenue goals.
Track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of marketing experience.
- Proven experience in marketing program management and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Background in enterprise software marketing is preferred.
- Expertise in Hubspot preferred.
- Experience in ABM including optimization of tools such as 6Sense.
- Experience in marketing campaign management, ABM, event planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills to measure success and optimise strategies.
- Ability to manage budgets and work with internal & external partners.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creative problem-solving, and can drive impactful marketing initiatives.
