What You’ll Do
- Drive Strategic Growth: Identify, engage, and develop high-value opportunities with enterprise clients.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Build lasting relationships with senior decision-makers, understanding their unique challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
- Lead the Charge: Execute creative, multi-channel outreach campaigns—phone, email, social—to connect with key stakeholders and open new doors.
- Shape Our Strategy: Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine go-to-market approaches and maximize conversion.
- Spot Trends: Conduct deep market and competitor research to uncover emerging opportunities and help steer our enterprise strategy.
- Represent EcoOnline: Attend industry events and position us as a leader in safety and compliance technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a robust pipeline by executing outbound prospecting strategies, including multi-channel engagement and account-based targeting.
- Develop and implement sophisticated outreach campaigns across phone, email, and social platforms, leveraging personalised messaging to engage senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine go-to-market strategies for maximum conversion.
- Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to both prospects and internal teams, facilitating seamless communication and aligning solutions to complex business challenges.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Account Executives, ensuring all engagements are value-driven and tailored to the customer’s needs.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify emerging trends and whitespace opportunities within the enterprise segment.
- Represent EcoOnline at industry events.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in enterprise-level business development, with a track record of generating opportunities within large organisations.
- Exceptional business acumen and consultative communication skills, with the ability to engage C-suite and senior decision-makers on strategic initiatives.
- Self-starter mindset with outstanding organisational, planning, and follow-up skills; comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities.
- Deep commitment to professional growth and continuous learning, with a passion for advancing EcoOnline’s mission and impact
- High proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), as well as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Prior experience in the safety, compliance, or SaaS industries is highly advantageous.
