About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Learning & Development Business Partner to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of our learning strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping how our people grow, onboard, and adapt—especially as we embrace AI and digital transformation.
You’ll manage L&D programmes end-to-end, partner with stakeholders across the business, and ensure our people have the skills, tools, and mindset to thrive. From compliance to culture, onboarding to innovation—you’ll be at the heart of it all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Ownership - Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programmes from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and learner needs.
- Stakeholder Partnership - Collaborate with leaders and teams to identify capability gaps, co-create solutions, and embed learning into everyday work.
- Onboarding Excellence - Own and continuously improve the onboarding experience, ensuring new hires feel connected, confident, and equipped from day one.
- Compliance & Mandatory Training - Ensure all regulatory and mandatory training is delivered, tracked, and reported with precision and consistency.
- Tech-Enabled Learning - Leverage digital platforms, AI tools, and emerging technologies to modernize learning delivery and personalize development pathways.
- Data-Driven Insights - Use learning analytics to measure impact, identify trends, and inform future strategy.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in L&D, talent development, or HR business partnering
- Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple programmes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Familiarity with learning platforms, LMS tools, and AI-driven solutions
- Passion for continuous improvement and learner-centric design
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory training requirements
