We’re expanding in the Nordics and are hiring a Business Development (BDR) Manager to build and lead our Business Development function across the Nordics. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, developing, and scaling a high-performing team that generates qualified pipeline for our sales organisation.
You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership and play a key part in shaping our go-to-market success in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-7 BDRs focusing on daily coaching, call feedback and skill progression.
Own BDR performance across activity, quality and pipeline creation & health metrics.
Recruit and onboard new BDRs as we scale the Nordics region.
Build and optimise outbound and inbound prospecting strategies tailored to the market.
Partner with Marketing to align messaging, ICP targeting and campaign execution.
Work with Sales Leadership to ensure efficient lead handoff and pipeline progression.
Analyse performance data to improve processes, conversion rates and team productivity.

Act as the local expert on market trends and competitive insights in the Nordics.

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, including managing or leading SDR/BDR teams.
Proven success building or scaling a high-performing BDR team in a SaaS environment.
Strong coaching leadership style: your success is measured by the growth and performance of your team.
Fluency in a Nordic language and English.
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Gong, Cognism, 6sense, etc.).
A data-driven mindset and ability to turn insights into action.
Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment where you can shape processes – this is not a corporate or executive-level role, but a hands-on frontline leadership position.
