About the Role
As a Licensing Specialist in our Global Implementation function, you’ll oversee licensing workflows, manage upsell and churn requests, and ensure customers and colleagues experience smooth, accurate account setup. This role combines precision, collaboration, and customer impact, offering a chance to make your mark across EcoOnline’s global product suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Success Focus: Deliver accurate licensing and account setup so customers get timely access and seamless service.
- Integrity & Accountability: Ensure revenue-impacting transactions (upsell, churn, renewals) are executed with precision and transparency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Professional Services) to share insights and drive alignment.
- Excellence: Maintain high standards in service quality, data accuracy, documentation, and customer communication.
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Process upsell, down-churn, and churn requests across multiple products.
- Create new customer accounts according to signed contract specifications.
- Manage intake and delivery of licensing-related service requests.
- Proactively look for and implement improvements to the current licencing process.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation.
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
- Operational Accuracy — proven ability to manage revenue-impacting transactions with detail and reliability.
- Customer-Centric Mindset — ensures every licensing change or account setup enhances the customer experience.
- System Fluency — comfort working in CRMs (Salesforce), ticketing tools (Zendesk/Jira), and SaaS licensing dashboards.
- Process Improvement — identifies gaps and drives enhancements for scalability.
- Communication — strong written and verbal skills to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
