About the Role
You will join a collaborative and ambitious Product organisation working closely with Engineering and UX across our UK and global teams. We operate in a modern SaaS environment with a strong focus on usability, scalability, and customer impact.
Our team combines strong delivery capability with a growing emphasis on discovery, prioritisation, and measurable product outcomes. We are building solutions that help organisations manage Health & Safety in a practical and intuitive way, supporting day-to-day operational excellence.
The ambition is to continue strengthening product leadership, deepen customer insight, and build scalable capabilities that support long-term growth and innovation across the EHS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute product strategy aligned with company objectives
Deliver measurable improvements in customer value, adoption, and retention
Drive clear prioritisation decisions across quality, innovation, and commitments
Ensure scalable translation of regulatory and customer requirements into product capabilities
Represent the product area effectively in senior stakeholder forums
Own and drive product strategy, discovery, and roadmap priorities for key EHS capabilities
Make clear, outcome-driven prioritisation decisions balancing quality, customer commitments, and innovation
Engage directly with enterprise and regulated customers to validate problems and shape scalable solutions
Partner closely with Engineering and UX to deliver measurable product outcomes
Use data, customer insight, and commercial metrics to guide decision-making and track impact
Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
Mentor and elevate product thinking within the wider Product organisation
What we're looking for:
8+ years of Product Management experience within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
Proven ownership of product strategy with measurable business and customer outcomes.
Strong commercial acumen with understanding of ARR, retention, and enterprise buying dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
