About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded, sales-oriented leader who can partner closely with Sales to drive revenue, customer growth, and long-term value across the region. Maintain accurate and timely forecasting of revenue, costs, and headcount to support business planning cycles.
Use financial insights to identify opportunities to optimise costs and improve margin performance; manage budgets and billing in line with company standards.
Strategy & Planning
Define and communicate a clear regional implementation vision aligned with company strategy and global priorities.
Set departmental strategy for the short to mid-term, translating broader business goals into actionable regional plans.
Lead change management initiatives, driving adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working across the region.
Operational Excellence
Ensure standardised workflows, systems, and compliance practices are maintained across all regional operations.
Forecast demand, manage resource allocation, and maintain balanced capacity to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Resolve complex client escalations and implement root cause analysis to prevent recurrence; enable and support implementation partners.
Leadership, Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with clear performance management structures and accountability.
Oversee performance reporting across delivery, financials, forecasting, people development, and strategic initiatives.
Act as a strategic liaison with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations to maintain alignment and drive shared outcomes.
Champion customer centricity, ensuring regional decisions are grounded in customer needs and success outcomes.
What we're looking for:
8+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or professional services environment.
Demonstrable P&L ownership experience and a track record of delivering commercial results within a regional or divisional remit.
Proven experience working in close partnership with Sales organisations and influencing revenue outcomes.
Strong managerial skills with experience leading and developing large, distributed teams across multiple locations.
