About the position

This role will be a bridge between product management and sales for our flagship online SAAS product called Safety Manager

Safety Manager  is a comprehensive SaaS solution that gives you access to the tools you need to manage health and safety within your organisation.

The role will support sales by being a product and domain specialist with a strong “sales” attitude and by that making sure that the product is made as sellable as possible. The role will support Product Management by offload Product Managers from many presales tasks and also be an extended arm and ears in the local markets.  

 

Safety Manager product specialist tasks:

  1. Give training and answer questions coming from U.K & Ireland staff (sales, support, onboarding)
  2. Test Safety Manager, especially new modules and features (this is also the way to learn product)
  3. Participate sales meetings and onboarding workshops/process, if necessary and asked
  4. Follow local safety legislation and understand requirements in practice + how those can be tackled with Safety Manager
  5. Submit feedback from customers and EcoOnline colleagues to Products.
  6. Participate product specification.
  7. Help sales to create bids and especially answering difficult questions from customers when needed and asked
  8. Create sales and marketing material, writing blogs and presenting webinars etc.
  9. Research and follow potential partners

Requirements for Safety Manager product specialist:

A person should have at least 3 years experience in occupational safety (and health). Knowledge in chemical safety gives him/her of course good background. The tasks require good communication and collaboration skills, both with own and English language.
