Lead the Future of EcoOnline's Revenue Technology
We're looking for a Director of IT Business Applications to lead the strategy, optimisation, and evolution of EcoOnline's core revenue platforms, with Salesforce at the heart of the ecosystem.
In this role, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT to ensure our business applications support growth, efficiency, and exceptional user experiences.
You'll own the roadmap for key business systems, drive major transformation initiatives, and act as the bridge between business objectives and technology delivery. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence how critical platforms evolve as EcoOnline continues to grow.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Salesforce expertise with strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and deliver the strategic roadmap for key business applications, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Dynamics 365 F&O
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR, and IT to align technology solutions with business goals
• Drive optimisation, scalability, and performance across the revenue technology stack
• Lead major application initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and platform enhancements
• Champion best practices in application management, data quality, governance, and system design
• Manage business application roadmaps and prioritisation through cross-functional product groups
• Work closely with architecture, integration, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions
• Build strong relationships with key vendors and technology partners
• Use analytics, user feedback, and business insight to drive continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
• Ideally you will have 7+ years' experience leading enterprise business applications, CRM, or revenue systems
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce in a leadership or strategic role
• Strong understanding of CRM and ERP platforms and how they support business operations
• Proven experience delivering application transformation, optimisation, or large-scale technology projects
• Experience managing application teams, product owners, administrators, or similar functions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and executives
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
• Excellent communication, planning, and prioritisation skills
