About the Role
To continue to grow, we are now looking for a new colleague. As a Mid-Market Business Development Representative at EcoOnline, you will be an important and integral part of the company's further growth and will expand your already valuable experience and professional network.
Responsibilities
- As the first point of contact, you will be expected to spark initial interest, qualify and arrange appointments with potential new Mid-Market level clients.
- You will be contacting multiple stakeholders responsible for occupational and chemical safety in companies, through various outbound lead sources as well as managing inbound requests.
- You will be expected to meet a monthly target on quality, Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- You will demonstrate a high level of activity and hit achievable call volume KPIs.
- Expected to remain organised and on top of a high volume of leads, to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Working closely with both the Marketing and Business Development teams
- Be receptive to coaching and able to implement feedback that will ultimately see you develop and achieve your goals and career aspirations.
- You will help customers comply with international and national safety legislation and achieve their own goals related to occupational and environmental safety.
Qualifications
Your Skills
- 1+ years’ experience in telesales or technology sales role is preferable.
- Educated to degree level (preferred)
- A positive attitude and highly driven personality to achieve monthly KPIs.
- Professional and confident when dealing with potential clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- An independent and goal-oriented hunter who wants to continually develop and invest in his/her career.
- Results oriented with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct a structured and detailed Discovery Consultation
We also appreciate:
- Experience in consultative selling of SaaS solutions
- Experience in marketing automation and sales tools
- Experience in B2B sales

- Our current team of seven Mid-Market Business Development Representatives and 8 Business Development Executives , are looking for an additional BDR to complete the ratio of 1:1 (BDR/BDE)
