About the Role
EcoOnline currently service over 350 customers across Australia and New Zealand, with more than 60% of these being managed by our partner network across the region.
Channel and Partnerships is one of the key strategic initiatives for EcoOnline in 2024 and the presence of a strong, multi-product enabled network in ANZ is a key objective and goal.
Responsibilities
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales quotas within assigned territory and accounts.
- Develop and execute GTM plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
- Understand the partnership landscape, capability and capacity to ensure appropriate support to satisfy business strategy, goals objectives and financial targets
- Identify and recruit new partners who match the IPP required to promote and sell EcoOnline solutions within the region.
- Understand the QHSE & ESG market drivers to Inform the Product and Marketing functions.
- Develop a deep understanding of EcoOnline solutions with a view of expanding solutions into the established and new partnerships.
- Work alongside ANZ Operations Director to ensure consistency of messaging and approach with both direct clients and partners.
- Work closely with Operations as part of the partner onboarding process
- Provide regular performance and forecast reports to Channel Sales Director.
- Ensure all ANZ sales channels are managing pipeline accurately through CRM (HubSpot).
Qualifications
- 10+ Years Experience in a Sales role.
- 5+ Years leadership / managerial experience, ideally in a SaaS/technology or QHSE/ESG position.
- Experience of commercial and contractual negotiations in a B2B environment.
- Proven analytical capability.
- Experience of contract mobilization.
- Proven commercial awareness.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to demonstrate initiative and take ownership.
- Excellent attention to detail as well as ability to maintain awareness of strategic considerations.
- A strong, clear, and self-aware customer focused communicator with ability to influence others.
