About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for stakeholder management and partnering, which includes coaching leaders, enabling, and advising our people to deliver against our strategic goals. You will navigate the balance between global and local approaches in compensation, benefits, and performance enablement. Ensuring organizational safety by addressing compliance and ER issues is key to de-risking the organization. You will enhance the people experience through recruitment, learning and development, and engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will manage people data and reporting to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Responsibilities- Act as a senior partner to the senior leadership team (ELT), understanding business challenges and opportunities and aligning HR strategies to drive business outcomes.
- Lead change initiatives within the organisation, providing guidance on organisational transitions and supporting leaders through change ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining engagement.
- Build strong partnerships across the global and local organization to support the delivery of a cohesive People strategy.
- Partner with stakeholders by providing advice/guidance on People matters related to their team members.
- Assist and support managers and leaders with performance management and career development of team members.
- Lead the execution of conflict resolution processes and subsequent required discipline if necessary.
- Proactively support global leads with the local delivery of People programs.
- Actively identify local compliance gaps, proposing and implementing changes as necessary to cover and minimize risk.
- Monitor changes to local employment legislation and make policy and compliance updates as they apply to the business.
- Consult and support development of and adjustments to the organizational structure where required.
- Support the local leadership team with business updates, data reporting, and organizational development.
Qualifications
- BSc in HR or related field or equivalent HR qualification
- Proven track record and experience working across Norway, Denmark, Finland and Sweden and up to speed with relevant legislation and practice
- Be the trusted partner for designated exec(s) globally, working in partnership with local People Team reps to ensure the deliver of a sparkling HR service
- Achievement of global participations targets (as defined by program leads) of global People programs and initiatives
- Training, ESG, wellness, employee experience, events, etc
- 85% (or agreed target) of employees in assigned teams have agreed goals and formal check-ins; inputted and monitored in HiBob (our current HR tool)
- Work in partnership with the Rewards team on benchmarks to ensure competitive offerings
- Work in partnership with the TA team to ensure smooth, effective and exciting recruitment processes
Additional Skills:
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office suite.
- Data driven decision making to prioritize people priorities.

EcoOnline has a flexible workplace policy that allows you to work both from home and in the office, however this role requires you to work 2 days from home and 3 days in office. We want you to be able to do your best work no matter where you are.
