About the Role
We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help grow our footprint across a portfolio of large organisations. Our enterprise customers are typically £1B+ in turnover, and there is significant opportunity to expand existing relationships as well as create new ones.
You’ll be part of a UK-based team working with a broad suite of solutions spanning EHS, Chemical Safety, ESG, Risk Management and Learning. The role requires a mix of account growth and new business activity, with a strong focus on identifying white-space opportunities and building long-term commercial partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from initial engagement through to negotiation and close.
- Build and grow relationships at all levels, including senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand revenue within an existing portfolio while creating new opportunities.
- Work closely with BDRs, marketing, solutions consultants, customer success and other internal teams to shape and progress opportunities.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals with sales cycles typically ranging from 3–9+ months.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and CRM hygiene across all opportunities.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, sector events and relevant industry forums.
Qualifications
- Experience selling complex B2B SaaS solutions, ideally at enterprise level.
- A track record of managing six-figure opportunities and achieving quota over consecutive years.
- Strong commercial judgement, including discovery, qualification, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to navigate large organisations and orchestrate support from cross-functional teams.
- Confidence working in a hybrid environment that includes both new business and account growth activity.
- Clear, effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with long, multi-phase sales cycles and value-led solution selling.
- Experience within EHS or related domains is helpful but not essential.
